The terroir f of Karlstadt can be found on the steep "Stettener Stein" site, 130 meters above the Main. You sit here like in an amphitheater and look far over the river valley.
But the eyes also look to the ground because this terroir f teaches about the significance of the soils for the health of the grapes and, ultimately, the quality of the Franconian wine.
