The historical “Gaden” was lovingly restored from 2012 to 2015, not to create a museum where visitors can look at historical pieces in silence, but as a community center in the middle of old town Thüngersheim. A place where there is always something new to see, hear, or admire.
The WeinKulturGaden Thüngersheim e. V. is responsible for all events and topics related to the “Gaden.”
The building complex is located in the Kirchgasse, in the historical town center. There are six “Gaden,” each dedicated to its own topic.
The great door of the central “Kultur-Gaden” invites visitors to continue on to the “Wine- and Art-Gaden.” A metal band along the walls leads visitors through the rooms that are all connected via stairs and pathways. Only the “Monument-Gaden” and the “Energy-Gaden” can only be reached through separate entrances.
