The exhibit “Roots and Paths” emphasizes the cultural and social aspects of the Jewish history of two rural communities on the Tauber River from the 17th century to 1939. Three sections explore the roots and peculiarities of Jewish life in Creglingen and Archshofen, the paths and fate of Jewish citizens, and the communal memories of the shared past. The Jewish Museum in Creglingen is also a community center. The museum offers cultural events to help with the processing of the past, foster mutual understanding and reconciliation.
